This document constitutes a license agreement ("License") between the user ("You") and R3DFox Studio Ltd, governing the use of 3D models and scans on the R3DFox Studio website. Your utilization of the 3D models and scans is contingent upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. Should you disagree with these terms, you are advised not to accept them or engage in the purchase, download, access, or any other use of products from R3DFox Studio Ltd.

 

LICENSE

R3DFox Studio Ltd provides 3D digital models and 3D scans on its website (www.r3dfoxstudio.com) and as part of private projects for professionals such as game developers, special effects artists, conceptual artists, prop makers and set designers. Some models are contributed by third-party individuals ("Contributors"). R3DFox Studio Ltd has separate agreements with these Contributors, granting permission to feature their models on the website. The terms and conditions in this License are applicable to both.

The license granted for the use of 3D scans and models does not confer any legal right to submit, use, or make available. Any such use will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, and R3DFox Studio Ltd reserves the right to take action against such infringement.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including the organization and presentation on the R3DFox Studio website, are the property of R3DFox Studio Ltd or its Contributors, protected by intellectual property laws. Certain 3D models or scans may contain graphic elements such as logos or product names, and the use of such images is at your discretion.

CONDITIONS OF USE

​

The use of 3D scans or models is allowed under the following conditions:

• Private or Business or Research and Development (depending on purchased license)

• Use in 2D or 3D computer graphics, movies, and printed media

• Incorporation in computer games, 3D models

PERSONAL SINGLE USER LICENSE PARAMETERS

​

Purchasing a PERSONAL SINGLE USER LICENSE allows for the following:

• Use of the scan or model for personal projects or portfolio work

• 3D printing of the scan for personal use

• Use in any non-commercial personal project

• Use in your portfolio works

​

This license does not allow for:

• Resale of the scan or derivative in any 3D format

• Use of scan data or derivatives in a commercial project or project R&D within a company (please purchase an R&D license)

BUSINESS R&D LICENSE PARAMETERS

​

Purchasing a BUSINESS R&D LICENSE allows for the following:

• Use of the scan or model for research and development of a commercial project within the confines of the company or studio

• Sharing of the scan or model within the studio for R&D purposes

• 3D printing of the scan for reference and study within the confines of the company or studio

• Use within promotional tech demo videos or real-time demonstrations.

 

This license does not allow for:

• Resale or public sharing of the scan or any derivative in any 3D format

• Use of scan data or derivatives for a final commercial project (please upgrade your license)

 

BUSINESS COMMERCIAL SINGLE PROJECT LICENSE PARAMETERS

Purchasing a BUSINESS COMMERCIAL SINGLE PROJECT LICENSE allows for the following:

​

• Integration of scans into a SINGLE for-sale commercial project, such as video games, movies, or virtual reality experiences

​

This license does not allow for:

• Resale of scan data

• Integration of scans into multiple for-sale commercial projects (one license per project required)

 

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

​

Under no circumstances are you permitted to:

• Sell or distribute any 3D models or scans in an unmodified form.

• Resell any 3D scan as a 3D printed object

• Resell or redistribute 3D scans or models at 'print on demand' services (mugs, t-shirts, mouse mats, etc.).

• Resell or distribute AI training data sets derived from the 3D models on this site.

• Use a scan purchased with a Business Commercial Single Project License in multiple for-sale commercial projects.

 

PRIVACY

R3DFox Studio Ltd respects the privacy of personal information. We do not disclose personal information without consent, and any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for transaction completion, product delivery, and customer service purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of the R3DFox Studio website, 3D models, scans, and information. R3DFox Studio Ltd does not guarantee that the site or downloaded content will be free of viruses or destructive features.

In no event shall R3DFox Studio Ltd or its affiliates, employees, or Contributors be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold R3DFox Studio Ltd harmless against all claims or liability arising out of or in connection with any breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of this License.

 

GENERAL

​

This License is governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts of the United Kingdom.

​

TERMINATION

​

R3DFox Studio Ltd reserves the right to terminate the license for the use of materials if the user is found in breach of this License and does not remedy that breach within three (3) days of receiving notice from R3DFox Studio Ltd.
